Como Fitness 24/7 will stagger the re-introduction of the Group Exercise Classes.

HIIT has been added to a Saturday morning at 7:30am and more classes will be introduced in weeks to come!

Bookings are available online for Pilates as they were previously. We can only cater for a maximum of 14 participants in Pilates.

Social Distancing and Hygeine

The main points that we need to continue to cover are:

  • maintain the 2sqm necessary between patrons in the gym & classes,
  • maintain hygiene and frequent cleaning, and
  • maintain attendance records for contact tracing.

All our staff are certified in the Government’s COVID-19 infection control training and are fully aware of the importance in preventing any community spread of the virus.

If you are feeling unwell or know you have been in contact with someone who is particularly unwell or infected with the coronavirus please self-isolate and do not attend the classes.
