Como Fitness 24/7 will stagger the re-introduction of the Group Exercise Classes.
HIIT has been added to a Saturday morning at 7:30am and more classes will be introduced in weeks to come!
Bookings are available online for Pilates as they were previously. We can only cater for a maximum of 14 participants in Pilates.

Social Distancing and Hygeine
The main points that we need to continue to cover are:
- maintain the 2sqm necessary between patrons in the gym & classes,
- maintain hygiene and frequent cleaning, and
- maintain attendance records for contact tracing.
