These 45-minute high-intensity interval training classes are compact with intensity. Our HIIT group fitness classes will challenge you and get you out of your comfort zone to gain rapid fitness results. Your instructor will focus on a variety of exercises that will improve your Strength, Conditioning & Endurance through functional movements that transfer to every day life.
Class formats change regularly to keep you on your toes, including AMRAP, EMOM, circuits, repetition ladders, partner work, and many other formats. All fitness levels are welcome in our HIIT group exercise classes, as our experienced instructors will advise you how to modify exercise to suit your fitness level, experience, or injury background.
