This hour-long class is designed to target flexibility and mobility, and focusses on teaching correct movement patterns to correct imbalances. It is based on floor work to get your core and glutes activated correctly for all movements. Our experienced instructors will utilise Pilates techniques, foam rollers, PNF stretching, and static and dynamic stretching to help you improve your flexibility, mobility and core strength.
This group training class will improve your mobility to benefit you during everyday tasks as well as during more complex movements and lifts. It is an excellent supplement to our HIIT classes or strength training work to increase range of motion through your joints.
