
Introducing Ryan Townsend – Gym Manager / Personal Trainer.
I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer completing my accreditation with the ‘Australian College of Fitness & Personal Training’. I have over 15 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry and have built a strong foundation of knowledge through my accreditation and during my professional career as a Personal Trainer and a semi-professional Rugby Union Player.
I have a passion for health and fitness and enjoy helping others make a positive impact on their health and foster a culture of wellness. I take pride in my ability to meet the expectations and requirements of my clients, providing them with a tailored approach that allows them to reach their full potential in an effective and efficient manner.
I am familiar with working with a range of clients including sports professionals, aspiring athletes and NDIS Clients. I recognise that everyone is unique, with different goals, challenges and preferences, I provide a holistic and personalised training approach that is bespoke to the individual.
