Small group classes, 45min in duration. Delivered by ONERO™ trained Exercise Physiologist.
 

ONERO™ is all about high intensity strength training.

Class intensity and exercises are modified for beginners, mobility, flexibility and ability.

Rebates are available through Medicare, Private Health Insurance, DVA and Home Care Packages.

What’s involved:
• Initial assessment & health screening
• Impact and falls prevention exercises
• Demonstration / Supervision / Technique Correction
• Progressive resistance training
• Specific exercises for bone mineral density
